One site I had built by a dev that is good and it is performing ok but the second site I had Shoptimized build for me as their Business In A Box package and it is super fast, mobile-optimized, and most importantly, easy to use (musicbooks.com.au). One very minor criticism is that they do take a long time to reply to support requests but they DO reply succinctly and reliably. I hope they see this and decide to offer more custom services in the future”
